MempoolNetworkEvents is a Stream of PeerManagerNotification where the raw Bytes direct-send and rpc messages are deserialized into MempoolMessage types. MempoolNetworkEvents is a thin wrapper around an channel::Receiver<PeerManagerNotification>.
