Struct diem_temppath::TempPath

source ·
pub struct TempPath { /* private fields */ }
Expand description

A simple wrapper for creating a temporary directory that is automatically deleted when it’s dropped. Used in lieu of tempfile due to the large number of dependencies.

Implementations§

source§

impl TempPath

source

pub fn new() -> Self

Create new, uninitialized temporary path in the system temp directory.

source

pub fn new_with_temp_dir(temp_dir: PathBuf) -> Self

Create new, uninitialized temporary path in the specified directory.

source

pub fn path(&self) -> &Path

Return the underlying path to this temporary directory.

source

pub fn persist(&mut self)

Keep the temp path

source

pub fn create_as_file(&self) -> Result<()>

source

pub fn create_as_dir(&self) -> Result<()>

Trait Implementations§

source§

impl AsRef<Path> for TempPath

source§

fn as_ref(&self) -> &Path

Converts this type into a shared reference of the (usually inferred) input type.
source§

impl Debug for TempPath

source§

fn fmt(&self, f: &mut Formatter<'_>) -> Result

Formats the value using the given formatter. Read more
source§

impl Default for TempPath

source§

fn default() -> Self

source§

impl Drop for TempPath

source§

fn drop(&mut self)

Executes the destructor for this type. Read more
source§

impl PartialEq<TempPath> for TempPath

source§

fn eq(&self, other: &TempPath) -> bool

This method tests for self and other values to be equal, and is used by ==.
1.0.0 · source§

fn ne(&self, other: &Rhs) -> bool

This method tests for !=. The default implementation is almost always sufficient, and should not be overridden without very good reason.
